Wizards use strong second half to top Cavs

The Washington Wizards topped the Cleveland Cavaliers 101-82 on Wednesday night in Cincinnati.

The Cavs fell to 4-3 on the pre-season. Kyrie Irving led the Cavs in points with 19, while Tristan Thompson grabbed 14 rebounds. Bradley Beal led all scorers on the night with 21 points.

The Wizards improved to 2-5 on the pre-season.

Cleveland opens up the regular season on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Quicken Loans Arena when they host the Brooklyn Nets.
