ST. PATRICK’S DAY

The Parade will begin March 17th at 1:04pm at the intersection of Superior Ave. and East 18th St. It will travel southwest on Superior Ave. to East Roadway. The parade will head northwest on East Roadway for one block; and then it will head northeast on Rockwell Ave. The Parade ends at the intersection of Rockwell Ave. and East 6th St.

St. Patrick's Colcannon - "This is an 'Irish' way to deal with the leftover corned beef after the American corned beef and cabbage feast. My husband considers this a wonderful part of the corned beef cycle. I use red potatoes with skins on, substitute ham for the corned beef, and leeks for the green onions, depends on what's in the fridge."

Guinness and Onion Soup with Irish Cheddar Crouton - "Easy and friggin delicious! Make sure your onions are super caramelized and i used 2 tall cans of the Guinness.... poured 1 can and reduced basically to nothing then repeated. Also used some great Irish Cheddar... don't skimp on the cheese, mine cost more than the 4pack of guinness. Will def be making this again!"
